The El Segundo Education Foundation Donates $5,000 Award to El Segundo Middle School

El Segundo, Calif., April 12, 2012 – The El Segundo Education Foundation (Ed!) donated $5,000 to the El Segundo Middle School (ESMS) for reaching their participation goal in the 2011-2012 Boost Your School Campaign.  Not only did ESMS families pull together to raise money for the $750,000 Annual Ed! Grant that goes to the El Segundo Unified School District’s general funds to help supplement the state budget cuts, they also exceeded their participation goal and won a cash award of $5,000 that went directly to ESMS for immediate use.
