John Altenes, beloved husband, brother, father, grandfather and friend passed away Friday, January 16, 2015.

John worked at Hughes/Raytheon in El Segundo from 1979 until his retirement in 2008. During his spare time and in retirement John was devoted to his family and helping the children in our community. He could always be found attending or volunteering his time at school events and sporting activities throughout El Segundo.
